QA Engineer — SAP & Enterprise Applications

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about software quality and want to build a career in enterprise software testing. You will work closely with our development and consulting teams to ensure that our SAP solutions and proprietary products meet the highest quality standards before reaching enterprise clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for SAP SuccessFactors modules and custom applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Document and track defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to building and maintaining automated test suites
• Test API integrations between SAP and third-party systems
• Validate VAKE products (AI Agent, Shift Planner, DocFlow) across different environments
• Participate in sprint planning and provide testing effort estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC
• Familiarity with any programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset

Nice to Have

• +Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or any SAP module
• +Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• +Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
• +ISTQB Foundation certification or willingness to obtain one
• +Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
