Overview
VAKE Copilot Agent turns Microsoft Copilot into a front door for SAP SuccessFactors. Instead of opening reports and navigating menus, HR teams type a question — who reports to a manager, which positions are open in Finance, how much time off is left — and the agent reads the answer straight from SuccessFactors.
It runs on Microsoft Copilot Studio and reaches SuccessFactors through a VAKE connector that is read-only by default. You can try it in your browser against a demo instance with sample data, then talk to us about connecting it to your own tenant.

What it does
Plain-language questions
Ask the way you would ask a colleague. The agent works out which SuccessFactors data to read and answers in the chat.

Try it
Register with your work email, open the link we send you and chat with the demo agent. It uses sample SuccessFactors data.

Connect SuccessFactors
Your SAP team creates an API user whose role-based permissions limit what the agent can read. We set up your VAKE tenant and test the connection.

Add it to Copilot
Your Microsoft admin registers the app in Entra ID and adds the VAKE connector to a Copilot Studio agent.

Pilot, then publish
Check permissions with a small group first, then publish the agent to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

FAQ
Questions we hear most
Can the agent change data in SuccessFactors?
No. By default the connector only reads data; it does not create, edit or approve anything. Writing is switched off and would have to be enabled deliberately for a tenant.
Which data can the agent see?
Only what the SuccessFactors API user behind each role is allowed to see: SAP role-based permissions apply to that account, and we agree the roles with your SAP team before the pilot. Limiting each person to their own population is available as an optional add-on, which we validate against your tenant before you rely on it.
What does the free trial include?
Three days in your browser against a demo instance with sample SuccessFactors data. You register with your name, work email and company and confirm by email. Sessions are logged for product analytics, and no real HR data is involved.
What do we need to run it with our own SuccessFactors?
A Microsoft Copilot Studio environment with capacity or pay-as-you-go (trial licenses cannot publish agents), a SuccessFactors API user with the right role-based permissions, and an Entra ID app registration with admin consent. VAKE provisions the connector tenant and helps you test before you publish.
Is there a record of what the agent looked up?
Yes. Every call is written to an audit log with the entity, the fields, the number of rows returned and the employee IDs involved, and entries are kept for 730 days.
