Overview
VAKE AI Agent is for HR and HRIS teams who need answers from SAP SuccessFactors without building a report first. You ask in plain language — headcount by department, who is on leave next week, the direct reports of a manager — and it reads the data live from your tenant.
There are two ways to use it. The VAKE chat app comes with a prompt library, saved prompts, file attachments and Excel, PDF and chart output. The VAKE connector brings the same kind of questions into your own Microsoft Copilot Studio agent, so people can ask from Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

What it does
Ask in plain language
Type a question the way you would say it. The assistant picks the right SuccessFactors data and answers in the chat.
Live SuccessFactors data
Employee and organization data, positions, time off and time accounts are read from your tenant when you ask, and compensation where the role allows it. Other entities are available when your tenant policy permits.
Prompt library
Start from ready-made prompts, save the ones you reuse and attach files to a question.
Excel, PDF and charts
Export results to Excel or PDF and turn them into charts. In the Copilot connector, report links and branded PDFs such as an org chart are optional add-ons.
Works inside Microsoft 365
Add the VAKE connector to your Copilot Studio agent and ask from Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Controlled access
Read-only by default. Sessions are tied to your tenant, role and user, and in the Copilot connector every query is written to an audit log.

Connect SuccessFactors
Your SAP team creates an API user with role-based permissions. The assistant connects with it, so it can only see what that role allows.

Choose where people ask
Use the VAKE chat app, add the connector to a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent for Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, or both.

Pilot with a small group
Test with a few users and check that each role sees what it should before you widen access.

Questions we hear most
How is VAKE AI Agent different from VAKE Copilot Agent?
Both let you ask SuccessFactors in plain language. VAKE AI Agent is VAKE's own chat app, with a prompt library and Excel, PDF and chart output. VAKE Copilot Agent runs inside Microsoft Copilot, and you can try it free in your browser first. If your people already work in Teams or Microsoft 365, start there.
Can it change data in SuccessFactors?
Read-only is the default. In the chat app, anything that would change data waits in a queue until you approve it. In the Copilot connector, writing is switched off unless it is deliberately enabled.
Which AI model does it use?
The chat app uses Anthropic's Claude models. The Copilot connector contains no model of its own: the Copilot Studio agent you build chooses one, and we recommend Claude.
Does VAKE keep a copy of our data?
Questions run live against your SuccessFactors tenant. VAKE AI does keep your chat history, any report files you generate and an audit log of each query, including the entities, fields, row counts and employee IDs involved. Ask us about retention and hosting for your situation.
How do we get started?
The Copilot connector is set up together with us: book a demo and we agree roles and permissions with your SAP team and run a short pilot. The chat app has its own sign-up.
