Enterprise Software Sales Executive

Sell VAKE's suite of SAP add-on products to enterprise clients and drive revenue growth across our target markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive the adoption of VAKE's proprietary products — AI Agent, Shift Planner, DocFlow, and more — among enterprise clients running SAP SuccessFactors. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building lasting relationships with HR leaders, IT directors, and C-level executives across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of VAKE's products
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and events
  • Provide market feedback to the product team to inform roadmap decisions
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in enterprise/SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • +Experience selling SAP-related solutions or HR technology
  • +Existing network of contacts in HR/IT at enterprise companies
  • +Experience selling into European and Middle Eastern markets
  • +Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and the SAP ecosystem
  • +Multilingual skills (English + Spanish, French, Arabic, or German)
