Enterprise Software Sales Executive
Sell VAKE's suite of SAP add-on products to enterprise clients and drive revenue growth across our target markets.
About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive the adoption of VAKE's proprietary products — AI Agent, Shift Planner, DocFlow, and more — among enterprise clients running SAP SuccessFactors. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building lasting relationships with HR leaders, IT directors, and C-level executives across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of VAKE's products
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and events
- Provide market feedback to the product team to inform roadmap decisions
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in enterprise/SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

- +Experience selling SAP-related solutions or HR technology
- +Existing network of contacts in HR/IT at enterprise companies
- +Experience selling into European and Middle Eastern markets
- +Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and the SAP ecosystem
- +Multilingual skills (English + Spanish, French, Arabic, or German)
